Brighton, England – 1965: One of Baron Bomburst’s Vulgarian spies pilots a modded Lammy – rigged with two surfboards and a water wheel – into the English Channel. The archival video description makes a point of noting that “it stays afloat”. So it does.

Evidently this didn’t catch on. Hell of a way to treat a vintage Lambretta, even if it wasn’t vintage, yet.
