This past weekend the Seven Hills Scooter Club went on the road to Durham, NC for The Incriminators Scooter Club’s 13th annual “Freeze Your Balls Off” rally. There were five of us in total – Ed, Anthony, Dwayne, Paul and Rob, traveling in one pickup truck with an enclosed trailer for the bikes. The Incriminators planned a thorough itinerary which included drinking, eating, riding, eating, drinking, riding, eating, drinking, riding and eating . Like our Indian Summer Rally, the events tended to be clustered around a central area; in FYBO’s case around two of the main venues, Fullsteam Brewery and Motorco Music Hall instead of a scooter dealership.... Tacky Light Ride, 2011
Check out our Google Calendar link for the 2011 Tacky Light Ride details. Short version – Thursday, December 15th at Northside Grill at 1217 Bellevue Ave., Richmond, VA 23227. Colonial Beach Camping Trip
I rode up to Colonial Beach, VA on Saturday to scout locations for a camping trip/meetup with some of the folks from DC. I shot some video while I was up there, showing the southernmost beach in the town, a ride up the Potomac shore, a bar deck, Monroe Bay Campground and Westmoreland State Park. The trip will take place September 10th and 11th. Read On
